Why Raleigh Businesses Order Here

Raleigh is the market we most want to be in, and it is the same drive for us as anywhere else we deliver. Wake County has passed 1.2 million people, grows by roughly 66 a day, and has a median household income above $105,000 — which changes what apparel has to look like. Here the question is rarely how cheap a shirt can be. It is whether the logo looks like it belongs to a real company.

That suits how we work. We are an embroidery shop first, we quote small orders properly, and we keep your garment, thread, and stitch file on record so the apparel your team wears in two years still matches what they are wearing now. If you want the lowest possible price on a hundred printed tees, there is a shop closer to you that will win that job, and we will say so.

Who we outfit

What Raleigh Organizations Put Their Logo On

Professional and financial firms

Law, accounting, consulting, insurance, and real estate offices in and around downtown and North Hills. Embroidered quarter-zips and logo polos in men's and women's cuts, ordered in sensible quantities and refreshed rather than replaced wholesale.

Tech, offices, and RTP-adjacent teams

Research Triangle Park sits next door with more than 300 companies and 60,000 workers, and Red Hat and SAS anchor the local office culture. The uniform of that culture is a good quarter-zip with a small, clean chest mark — onboarding gifts, team pieces, and event apparel that people keep.

Healthcare, dental, and aesthetics practices

WakeMed, Duke Health, and UNC Health all employ heavily here, and the private practices around them are exactly our accounts: embroidered scrubs, lab coats, and layers with names and credentials stitched small and legible, and new hires added from the same file.

Hospitality, clubs, and service businesses

Restaurant groups, hotels, breweries, clubs, and the trades and landscaping crews working the county's better neighborhoods. Front-of-house polos and aprons, embroidered caps for the crews, and pieces guests will buy rather than be handed.

How Ordering Works

  • Six-piece minimum on embroidery — and it can be mixed across item types, so a small team can start properly
  • Digitizing once per logo — $24 standard, $45 complex, $10 if you already own the stitch file, and nothing on reorders
  • Proof before production — your mark placed on the garment color you chose, approved by you before a needle moves
  • Turnaround — embroidery ships in 7–10 business days once you approve the proof
  • Names and titles — individual personalization while the company logo stays identical across the staff
  • Specifications kept on file — garment, color, thread, placement, and stitch file, so next year's order is one message

Embroidery, Print, or Both

Polos, caps, layers, outerwear

Embroidery. A stitched mark gives structured company apparel a finished, dimensional look and reads as a real uniform rather than a giveaway.

Event shirts and larger runs

Screen printing, from twelve garments, with no screen or setup charge. The right answer for a large front design or a quantity that has to hit a price.

One piece, or full color

DTF. A single replacement shirt for a new hire, a photographic logo, or artwork with gradients that thread cannot reproduce honestly.

Raleigh questions

Questions From Raleigh Buyers

Do you actually deliver to Raleigh, or do you ship?

We deliver. Raleigh and the surrounding Wake County towns are inside our delivery area, and there is no delivery charge to area businesses. We do not offer pickup, and anything outside the area ships.

You are not based in Raleigh. Why would we use you?

Because what usually goes wrong with company apparel is not distance, it is continuity: a reorder that does not match, a logo re-digitized badly by whoever picked up the job, a minimum that forces you to buy forty when you need eight. We keep your specifications on file, hold a six-piece minimum that mixes across item types, and send a proof on your actual garment color before anything is sewn. Almost all of it happens by email, which is faster for you than a visit.

Can you handle apparel for multiple locations?

Yes. One approved stitch file, one set of specifications, and orders shipped to each location. The logo does not drift between sites because it is the same file every time.

What does a Raleigh order cost?

Embroidered polos start at $26 per piece on a standard mid-weight polo at six pieces including the garment and one left-chest logo, quarter-zips at $45, with better blanks priced above that, and prices drop as quantity grows. Digitizing is charged once per logo and never again on a reorder. A written quote comes back within one business day.
