Embroidered hats & caps
Custom Embroidered Hats & Company Caps
A cap is the one piece of company apparel people wear when nobody asked them to. Structured or unstructured, stitched at the front panel on a stabilizer chosen for the crown, so the logo sits flat instead of leaning with the seam.

Pricing
What hats cost*
Prices are per piece and include the garment, one embroidered logo up to 8,000 stitches at the left chest. Digitizing is a one-time charge on your first order ($24 standard, $45 complex, $10 if you already own a stitch file) and never again on a reorder. Premium brands, a second logo location, individual names, or an oversized front mark price above this — your quote spells out each one.
Most embroidery orders ship in 7–10 business days once you approve the proof. Six pieces is the embroidery minimum, and you can reach it across item types — three polos, a hat and two jackets counts. Price tiers are counted per item type.
| Pieces | 6–11 | 12–23 | 24–47 | 48–95 | 96+ |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|

* What these prices are based on: a six-panel structured cap with a firm front panel, and a standard acrylic-blend cuffed beanie — the styles most crews and staff programs order. Garment choice moves this number in both directions: a lighter-weight or basic blank can come in under it, and premium or branded blanks, performance fabrics, tall and extended sizes, and heavier stitch counts come in above it. These figures are a planning guide, not a quoted price or an offer. Your written quote names the exact style, color, and decoration you are buying, and that quote is what we hold to.
What we would put you in
Choosing the Garment
Crews and job sites
A six-panel structured cap with a firm front holds a logo upright all day. Trucker mesh is cooler in July and reads younger, which suits some brands and not others.
Hospitality and retail resale
Unstructured and dad-cap styles sit closer to the head and look intentional on staff. These are also what guests buy on the way out, so order past your own headcount.
Small logos, honestly assessed
A cap front is a small, curved, unforgiving space. Thin lines and small text that look fine on a polo can close up in thread. We will tell you before we sew it, not after.
Cap backs and sides
A website or a location on the back panel or the side is the cheapest brand real estate you own, and it is what people read when your crew is standing in line.
Details that matter
- Six-piece minimum — mixable with other item types, so caps do not have to be a big order
- Digitizing once — $24 standard, $45 complex, $10 if you own the file, and nothing on reorders
- Cap digitizing is its own file — a chest logo does not simply transfer to a curved front panel
- Placements — front panel, side, and back; front is standard on this price
- Structured or unstructured — we recommend based on the logo, not just the look
- Turnaround — 7–10 business days from proof approval
Questions
Can you use the same logo file as our shirts?
Usually it needs to be re-digitized. A cap front is curved and sewn from the center out, so a flat chest file often distorts. If we digitize both, the second file is part of the same one-time charge, not a new one.
What is the smallest text you can stitch on a cap?
About a quarter inch tall and legible, depending on the font. Below that, thread thickness wins. If your tagline will not hold, we will suggest putting it on the back panel larger.
Can we sell these in our shop?
Yes, and hats are the strongest resale piece we make. A few premium brands restrict decorated resale, so tell us it is for retail and we will source a blank that allows it.
Do hats and shirts price together?
The six-piece minimum combines. Price tiers are counted per item type, because caps are a separate hooping, a separate file, and a separate blank order.
