Embroidered polos

Custom Embroidered Polos for Businesses & Organizations

The garment most owner-led businesses put their logo on first. We stock-source the blank, digitize your mark once, and sew it clean at the left chest so a polo still looks right on its twentieth wash.

Pricing

What polos cost*

Prices are per piece and include the garment, one embroidered logo up to 8,000 stitches at the left chest. Digitizing is a one-time charge on your first order ($24 standard, $45 complex, $10 if you already own a stitch file) and never again on a reorder. Premium brands, a second logo location, individual names, or an oversized front mark price above this — your quote spells out each one.

Most embroidery orders ship in 7–10 business days once you approve the proof. Six pieces is the embroidery minimum, and you can reach it across item types — three polos, a hat and two jackets counts. Price tiers are counted per item type.

* What these prices are based on: a Gildan 8800 DryBlend pique polo in a standard business color, in men's and women's cuts — the everyday workhorse polo, and the blank most company programs start on. Garment choice moves this number in both directions: a lighter-weight or basic blank can come in under it, and premium or branded blanks, performance fabrics, tall and extended sizes, and heavier stitch counts come in above it. These figures are a planning guide, not a quoted price or an offer. Your written quote names the exact style, color, and decoration you are buying, and that quote is what we hold to.

What we would put you in

Choosing the Garment

Front of house

A moisture-wicking pique in navy, black, or heather gray. It hides a long shift, holds a crease badly on purpose, and takes thread without puckering.

Trades and service calls

A snag-resistant polo with a tighter knit. Ladders, tool bags, and door frames are what actually kill a uniform, not the wash.

Offices and clinics

A softer cotton-blend or stretch pique in a lighter color, with the logo sewn smaller. In a treatment room a 3-inch chest mark reads as loud.

Mixed sizing

Nearly every program needs both men's and women's cuts. They are different styles, not different sizes, and they price the same — ask for both on your quote.

Details that matter

  • Six-piece minimum — mixable across item types, so a small team can start properly
  • Digitizing once — $24 standard, $45 complex, $10 if you own the file — then free on every reorder
  • Proof first — you see the mark on your actual garment color and approve it before anything is sewn
  • Left chest standard — up to 8,000 stitches; sleeves, backs, and collars are available
  • Names — individual names on the opposite chest or sleeve, priced per piece
  • Turnaround — 7–10 business days from proof approval, faster when we have the blank in stock

Questions

Can I supply my own polos?

Yes. Bring them clean and unfolded, and send a spare or two — a needle can find a flaw in a garment we did not choose. We will tell you honestly if a performance or water-repellent finish is going to fight the thread.

Do the tiers combine across garments?

The six-piece minimum does. Price tiers are counted per item type, because each type is a separate hooping and a separate blank order. Twelve polos price at the 12–23 tier; six polos and six hats price at the 6–11 tier each.

What if I only need one or two?

Embroidery starts at six. For one or two pieces, DTF printing is the honest answer and we will quote it that way.

Will the second order match the first?

The stitch file does not change, so the logo will. Blanks are dyed in lots, so a garment color can shift slightly between orders — if exact matching matters, order the full program at once and we will hold the pieces.
