Custom Restaurant Uniforms & Embroidered Staff Apparel

Dress a front-of-house team without dressing them like everyone else. The Piedmont Stitch House makes custom embroidered and printed uniforms for restaurants, cafés, food trucks, hotels, caterers, breweries, and bars — logo polos, server shirts, aprons, caps, and outerwear, sized for real shifts and reordered as staff turn over.

What hospitality teams order

Uniforms Built for a Double Shift

Hospitality apparel takes more washing than almost anything else we decorate. Garments need to hold color through constant laundering, breathe in a hot kitchen, and still look presentable on a floor full of guests.

Most restaurants run a mix: embroidered polos or button-downs for servers and managers, printed tees for kitchen and back of house, aprons and caps carrying the same mark. The roles do not have to wear the same garment for the restaurant to look like one brand.

Turnover is the real cost. Your logo, garment, color, and placement stay on file, so outfitting three new servers in June is one message rather than a new setup, and the shirts match the ones you ordered in January.

Restaurant and hotel apparel

Branded Apparel for Front of House and Back of House

Six pieces gets a small café started; larger groups, hotels, and multi-unit operators are quoted per piece at their quantity.

  • Embroidered server polos & shirts — a clean stitched mark for servers, hosts, bartenders, and managers
  • Printed kitchen & crew shirts — lower cost per shirt for the roles that go through garments fastest
  • Custom aprons — bib and waist aprons embroidered with your logo, for service and retail counters
  • Embroidered caps & visors — headwear for kitchens, patios, food trucks, and brewery taprooms
  • Outerwear for patios & delivery — quarter-zips, jackets, and vests that keep your branding on in cold weather
  • Staff names & roles — names, roles, or locations added under the logo when your team wants them

Common questions

Custom Restaurant Uniform FAQs

Which garments hold up best in a kitchen?

Blends generally outlast cotton through commercial laundering and dry faster. We will recommend specific garments based on how hot your kitchen runs and how often the shirts are washed.

Can we order aprons and shirts on the same order?

Yes. Embroidered aprons, polos, caps, and jackets all count toward the same six-piece embroidery minimum.

How do we handle staff turnover?

Reorders are one message. Your artwork and garment specifications stay on record and digitizing is never charged twice, so small replacement orders are routine.

What is your minimum order?

Six pieces on embroidery, and you can mix garment types to reach it — polos, jackets, caps, and quarter-zips all count toward the same order. Printed items have their own minimums depending on the design, which we confirm on your quote.

Can you match our brand colors in thread?

In most cases, yes. We select embroidery thread colors that closely match your brand colors and show them on your proof before anything goes into production.

Do we pay for digitizing every time?

No. Your logo is digitized once into a professional embroidery file and kept on record. Reorders of the same design carry no new digitizing charge.

Can you ship to more than one location?

Yes. If you have multiple offices, remote staff, or team members in different cities, tell us when you request a quote and we will price shipping accordingly.
