Can individual agents order on their own?
Yes. Once your company artwork is on file, individual reorders are straightforward. Tell us how you want them billed when you set the program up.
Can you embroider a brokerage logo and an agent name together?
Yes. The brokerage mark is stitched identically on every garment and the individual name runs as a second placement.
Will a detailed logo stitch cleanly on a polo?
Most do, with digitizing adjustments. Very fine text, thin outlines, and gradients are the usual issues. We review your artwork and tell you what will need to change before you pay for anything.
What is your minimum order?
Six pieces on embroidery, and you can mix garment types to reach it — polos, jackets, caps, and quarter-zips all count toward the same order. Printed items have their own minimums depending on the design, which we confirm on your quote.
Can you match our brand colors in thread?
In most cases, yes. We select embroidery thread colors that closely match your brand colors and show them on your proof before anything goes into production.
Do we pay for digitizing every time?
No. Your logo is digitized once into a professional embroidery file and kept on record. Reorders of the same design carry no new digitizing charge.
Can you ship to more than one location?
Yes. If you have multiple offices, remote staff, or team members in different cities, tell us when you request a quote and we will price shipping accordingly.
