Custom Logo Apparel for Salons, Spas & Studios

When your team is the storefront, what they wear is branding. The Piedmont Stitch House makes custom embroidered and printed apparel for salons, barbershops, spas, boutiques, fitness and yoga studios, photographers, pet groomers, and other customer-facing businesses — soft everyday garments with your logo stitched clean and small.

Branded Apparel People Will Actually Wear Off the Clock

A uniform in this world should not look like a uniform. The garments that work are the ones your team would buy anyway: soft tees, relaxed pullovers, aprons, and lightweight layers, with a small mark rather than a large one.

Placement and scale do most of the work. A two-inch left-chest logo, a small sleeve hit, or a tonal stitch in thread close to the garment color reads as a brand rather than as signage — and it photographs well, which matters when your team is in your feed.

The same artwork carries onto retail pieces if you sell them. Plenty of studios start with staff apparel and end up with a small shelf of branded shirts and hats.

Logo Apparel for Small Teams and Retail Shelves

Six embroidered pieces is enough for a two-chair shop, and we will help you pick garments that look right in a small space.

  • Embroidered tees & pullovers — soft, relaxed garments with a small stitched logo for daily wear
  • Aprons & smocks — embroidered aprons for stylists, estheticians, groomers, and counter staff
  • Fitness & studio apparel — performance tees, tanks, and layers for instructors and front-desk teams
  • Embroidered hats — caps and beanies for staff, and for retail if you sell them
  • Retail pieces you can sell — the same logo on garments priced for your shelf, ordered in small runs
  • Printed shirts for events — launches, pop-ups, markets, and client-appreciation days

Common questions

Custom Salon & Studio Apparel FAQs

Can you stitch a logo small and still keep it readable?

Usually, with some adjustment. Fine lines, thin scripts, and small taglines need a minimum size to stitch cleanly. We will tell you the smallest size your logo holds at before you order, not after.

Can we order pieces to sell in the shop?

Yes. Small runs are normal here, and the six-piece embroidery minimum can be mixed across garment types and colors.

Can you match a specific garment color to our brand?

We will show you what is available in stock in the colors you need. If an exact match does not exist, we will show you the closest options and the thread choices that work with them.

What is your minimum order?

Six pieces on embroidery, and you can mix garment types to reach it — polos, jackets, caps, and quarter-zips all count toward the same order. Printed items have their own minimums depending on the design, which we confirm on your quote.

Can you match our brand colors in thread?

In most cases, yes. We select embroidery thread colors that closely match your brand colors and show them on your proof before anything goes into production.

Do we pay for digitizing every time?

No. Your logo is digitized once into a professional embroidery file and kept on record. Reorders of the same design carry no new digitizing charge.

Can you ship to more than one location?

Yes. If you have multiple offices, remote staff, or team members in different cities, tell us when you request a quote and we will price shipping accordingly.
