Jackets, quarter-zips & outerwear

Embroidered Jackets, Quarter-Zips & Outerwear

The most expensive piece in an apparel program and the one people keep longest. A stitched logo on a soft shell is still doing your marketing three winters from now, which is why we would rather quote six good jackets than sixty printed tees.

Pricing

What jackets and outerwear cost*

Prices are per piece and include the garment, one embroidered logo up to 8,000 stitches at the left chest. Digitizing is a one-time charge on your first order ($24 standard, $45 complex, $10 if you already own a stitch file) and never again on a reorder. Premium brands, a second logo location, individual names, or an oversized front mark price above this — your quote spells out each one.

Most embroidery orders ship in 7–10 business days once you approve the proof. Six pieces is the embroidery minimum, and you can reach it across item types — three polos, a hat and two jackets counts. Price tiers are counted per item type.

* What these prices are based on: a mid-weight knit or micro-fleece quarter-zip and a standard full-zip micro-fleece jacket in a solid color. Soft shells, bonded and insulated pieces, vests, and brand-name outerwear are quoted on the specific style. Garment choice moves this number in both directions: a lighter-weight or basic blank can come in under it, and premium or branded blanks, performance fabrics, tall and extended sizes, and heavier stitch counts come in above it. These figures are a planning guide, not a quoted price or an offer. Your written quote names the exact style, color, and decoration you are buying, and that quote is what we hold to.

What we would put you in

Choosing the Garment

Client-facing teams

A quarter-zip over a logo polo is the most useful thing in professional-services apparel. It reads as dressed, layers over anything, and photographs well.

Cold rooms and early mornings

Micro-fleece for indoor cold, bonded soft shell for wind and drizzle. Both take embroidery cleanly; puffers and heavily quilted pieces need backing choices made deliberately.

Vests when a jacket is too much

Vests get worn nine months of the year in North Carolina, and they leave the chest flat and open, which is the best surface for a logo we stitch.

Owner and leadership pieces

If you want one upgraded item in the program, put it here. A better jacket on a few people lifts how the whole team looks more than upgrading every shirt.

Details that matter

  • Six-piece minimum — mixable across item types, so outerwear is realistic for a small team
  • Stitch allowance — up to 10,000 stitches on fleece and outerwear, higher than the shirt baseline
  • Backing chosen per fabric — so a soft shell does not pucker and a fleece does not sink the logo
  • Left chest standard — with sleeve, back yoke, and above-pocket placements available
  • Lining — we will tell you when a lined piece needs a different placement to finish clean
  • Turnaround — 7–10 business days from proof approval

Questions

Will embroidery ruin a waterproof jacket?

A needle makes a hole, so a fully seam-sealed rain shell is the one garment we will talk you out of. Water-resistant soft shells are fine for normal use. We say this before you buy the blanks, not after.

Can we add jackets to an order we already placed?

Yes, and the logo will match because we keep your stitch file. The garment color is the variable: dye lots shift, so if the whole team must match exactly, order together.

Are these prices with our logo on the back too?

No, these are one left-chest logo. A second location prices per piece and per stitch count, and your quote lists it as its own line so you can see what it costs.

Why are jackets worth it if tees are cheaper?

Because nobody wears a company tee to a client meeting. Cost per wear is the number that matters, and outerwear wins it by a wide margin.
